This private one-on-one intensive program is designed to help you build strong floorwork foundations, improve body awareness and control, develop smoother transitions, and express yourself with confidence through movement.
The program is divided into 3 progressive levels, allowing you to develop step by step from foundational technique to performance and artistry.
Level 1 — Foundations & Body Connection
Learn essential floorwork basics, body awareness, hip and torso movement, smooth transitions, and feminine expression foundations.
Level 2 — Flow & Feminine Expression
Develop fluid transitions, body waves and rolls, hip and torso flow, musicality, and a connected floorwork routine.
Level 3 — Performance & Artistry
Build stronger stage presence, explore advanced combinations, develop your own feminine style, and apply what you have learned in a complete performance-ready routine.
