📌 Training Policies & Equipment Terms / قوانين التدريب + المعدات

 

1) Attendance & Time / الحضور والوقت

• Each session duration: 60 minutes counted from the trainee’s arrival time.
• Delay of 10 minutes or more → the session is considered canceled and will not be rescheduled.
• Sessions are not extended for any reason (traffic, sleep, prayer, restroom, or any other reason).
• Prayer/restroom time is included in the session, with 5 minutes allowed as courtesy.
• مدة كل حصة: 60 دقيقة تُحتسب من وقت حضور المتدربة.
• التأخير 10 دقائق أو أكثر → الحصة تُعتبر ملغية ولا يتم تعويضها.
• لا يتم تمديد الحصة في حال التأخير مهما كان السبب (زحام – نوم – صلاة – حمام – أي سبب).
• وقت الصلاة والحمام يُحسب ضمن زمن الحصة، مع مراعاة 5 دقائق فقط احترامًا للظروف.

2) Absence & Class Cancellation / الإلغاء والتعديل

• Cancellation or rescheduling is ONLY via WhatsApp with Customer Support.
• Any cancellation via Snapchat, Instagram, personal messages, or verbal requests will not be accepted.
• Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the session. Less than that → session counted in full.
• يتم الإلغاء أو التعديل فقط عبر واتساب خدمة العملاء.
• لا يتم اعتماد أي إلغاء عبر السناب، الانستقرام، الرسائل الخاصة أو الكلام الشفهي.
• يجب الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة. أقل من ذلك → تُحتسب الحصة بالكامل.

3) Communication / التواصل

• Snapchat and Instagram are personal accounts, not valid for scheduling or official communication.
• During training, questions must be session-related only, no personal or intrusive topics.
• Official communication is through Customer Support only.
• السناب والانستقرام حسابات شخصية لا يُعتمد عليها في المواعيد.
• أثناء التدريب: الأسئلة تكون فقط متعلقة بالحصة، وليس أمور شخصية أو فضولية.
• التواصل الرسمي يكون فقط عبر خدمة العملاء.

4) Training Level & Responsibilities / المسؤوليات والمستوى التدريبي

• Each student is registered according to their current level. Moving to a higher level is only allowed after mastering the basic moves.
• Trainees are responsible for reading the policies before payment; a “I agree to the terms and policies” option appears before checkout.
• Once agreed, compliance with the system is mandatory for all trainees.
• كل متدربة تُسجل حسب مستواها الحالي. لا يمكن الانتقال لمستوى أعلى إلا بعد إتقان الحركات الأساسية لضمان السلامة والتطور الصحيح.
• المتدربة مسؤولة عن قراءة القوانين قبل الدفع، وهي تظهر عند الضغط على: “I agree to the terms and policies / أوافق على الشروط والسياسات”.
• عند الموافقة، يصبح الالتزام بالنظام إلزاميًا ولا يتم استثناء أي متدربة.

5) Conduct, Respect & Compliance / الاحترام والالتزام

• Training environment is professional and not a place for friendship or personal relationships.
• The trainer has the full right to end any conversation outside training scope.
• Any abuse, exploitation, or manipulation → immediate termination of training privileges.
• بيئة التدريب احترافية وليست مكان لتكوين صداقات أو علاقات شخصية.
• المدربة لها الحق الكامل في إنهاء الحوار إذا خرج عن إطار التدريب.
• أي إساءة أو محاولة استغلال أو تلاعب → يتم إيقاف التعامل فورًا.

6) Payment & Refund / الدفع والاسترجاع

• Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. / لا يوجد استرجاع للمبلغ المدفوع تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

7) Equipment & Products / المعدات والمنتجات

• Equipment or products cannot be returned after receipt, even if the box has been opened or partially used.
• Signing upon receipt confirms full acceptance of the contents and condition. No claims for missing items, damage, or discrepancies will be accepted after signing.
• لا يمكن استرجاع المعدات أو المنتجات بعد الاستلام، حتى لو تم فتح الكرتون أو الاستخدام الجزئي.
• عند الاستلام يعني قبول كامل بالمحتوى والحالة، ولا يمكن المطالبة بعد ذلك بأي نقص أو تلف أو اختلاف.

 

 

 

8) Certificates / الشهادات

• Attendance certificates are attendance only and not instructor/trainer certification.
• They are not valid for professional training of others and are issued solely as proof of participation.
• شهادة الحضور التي تُمنح بعد إكمال البرنامج تعتبر شهادة حضور فقط وليست شهادة تدريب مدربين.
• لا تُعتبر صالحة للتدريب المهني للآخرين، ويتم منحها كدليل على المشاركة فقط.
