Build your aerial hammock skills through a structured private one-on-one training program designed to develop strength, control, confidence, technique, and performance.
The program includes three progressive levels, allowing you to choose one level or complete the full training journey.
Program Levels
Level 1 – Foundations
Learn essential aerial hammock techniques, improve body awareness, build strength, master fundamental poses and balances, and complete your first short flow.
Level 2 – Strength & Flow
Develop stronger technique, upper-body and core strength, inversions, transitions, smooth sequences, control, and flow.
Level 3 – Performance & Artistry
Refine advanced techniques, build and perform a complete routine, connect movement with music, and develop stage presence and expression.

- Private one-on-one training
- 2 training days per level
- 1.5 hours per session
- One week of WhatsApp support after each level

Attendance & Completion Policy
- This is a private one-on-one training program.
- Each level consists of 2 sessions, 1.5 hours per session.
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
- Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- If you choose not to continue the program after it has started, the remaining sessions are non-refundable.
- Certificates are awarded only after successfully completing the required level.
- The Level 3 competition discount code is issued only after completing Level 3.
